Camping Costa Ponente, set in a beautiful natural setting a few kilometers from the lively Norman town of Cefalù on the northern coast of Sicily, è has been managed since its opening more than 20 years ago by a German-Italian family. The proximity to the sea, only 10 m away, and the presence of trees of different sizes, bushes and hedges always guarantee coolness even in the hot summer months. The campground also has a swimming pool, tennis court and ample parking. The area è is flanked by two asphalt roads and consists mainly of beaten earth, which makes access easy even for the handicapped, who will also find facilities reserved for them in the campground. The town of Cefalù, accessible via the SS 113, is 3 kilometers east of the campground. Cefalù is home to the railway station where all long-distance trains to and from the peninsula stop. A city bus service regularly connects the campground to the townà. The nearest bus stop is about 100 m from the entrance to the campground, where all the buses that shuttle daily to and from Palermo and all the surrounding localities also stop.
