LOCATION
The Seiser Alm campsite is located in Völs am Schlern, in the heart of Südtirol, nestled in the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park. Surrounded by the impressive backdrop of the Dolomites, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding nature. In the immediate vicinity you will find the idyllic Völser Weiher – one of the cleanest swimming lakes in Italy – as well as the Seiser Alm, a paradise for hikers, skiers and nature lovers. Thanks to good public transport connections, numerous excursion destinations are easily accessible without a car.

UNTERKÜNFTE
The Camping Seiser Alm offers a variety of accommodation options for every taste. The stylish Dolomites Lodges are modern chalets made of Swiss stone pine that offer comfort and privacy all year round. The minimalist Forest Tents, exclusively for adults, are made of sustainable materials and are nestled in the forest – perfect for nature-oriented experiences between spring and autumn.

The Alpenresidenz Obermühle has cozy vacation apartments with a terrace or balcony and a magnificent view of the Schlern. Type A (27 m²) is an attic apartment for 2 adults and 1 child; type B (45 m²) is suitable for up to 4 people with a separate bedroom and living room; type C (27 m²) is on the first floor and is ideal for 2 people. All accommodations have their own kitchen, bathroom and a cozy living area.

Comfort pitches for motorhomes and caravans are available in different sizes, equipped with electricity (16A), fresh and waste water, gas, TV connection and free Wi-Fi. A large meadow is available for tents in the summer months. In addition, private bathrooms (5 or 7 m) can be rented in the modern sanitary building "Dolomiten-Bad", equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, towel dryer, storage space and stool. The area also includes a children's bathroom, a barrier-free bathroom, a dog shower, muscle washing machines and dryers, free dishwashers and a make-up and drying area.

FACILITIES
The campsite offers numerous services to make your stay particularly pleasant. The heated outdoor saltwater pool (144 m), open from Easter to October, is only available for overnight guests. Right next door, the Bikini Bar invites you to relax with refreshing drinks, regional aperitifs and organic ice cream from the Gostnerhof. The evening restaurant „Zur Quelle“ serves Alpine and Mediterranean specialties and fine wines, while the Sunset Lounge is the perfect place for a sundowner with a panoramic view. The Pizza Lounge with its innovative pizza machine is open from Easter to November and delivers freshly baked, handmade pizzas in just a few minutes.

Other services include the automatic Camper Clean Station for cleaning the toilet cassettes, a charging station for electronic devices and the 1974 store, which is stocked with local products and souvenirs. The panorama sauna (exclusively for guests of the Dolomites Lodges) and the forest sauna in the Obermühle (also open to camping guests from October to Easter) provide relaxation.

ACTIVITY AND LEISURE OFFERINGS
There is plenty to discover around the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm campsite at any time of year. In summer, the Völser Weiher pond is perfect for swimming or rowing, while in winter it is transformed into a romantic natural ice rink. For the adventurous, there is even the opportunity to take an ice bath. The region offers over 1,200 km of hiking and cycling trails - perfect for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. Guided hikes and bike tours with local guides are also available.

On warm summer evenings, music, aperitifs and events on the terrace create a relaxed atmosphere. In winter, guests can relax in the sauna after an active day in the great outdoors or pamper themselves with a delicious dinner.
